1. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may request a cancellation of services by providing written notice via email.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
- Once a service has been initiated, it cannot be canceled, and no refund will be provided.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be issued in cases where VSRP Innovations fails to deliver the agreed-upon services.
- Clients must submit a refund request within 7 days of service completion, providing clear reasons for the request.
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after approval.
- Partial refunds may be considered based on the extent of service utilization.
3. Non-Refundable Services
- Custom data scraping solutions and consulting services are non-refundable.
- Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not applicable in cases of policy violations or misuse of services.
4. Dispute Resolution
- In case of disputes, clients are encouraged to contact us to resolve the issue amicably.
- All refund disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and handled in the courts of Delhi, India.
